  • Water Cellar for Mother

    As of September 2014, the Water Cellar for Mothers project has been active in 25 cities, provinces, and autonomous regions in China’s western region. It has facilitated the construction of 135,000 underground cellars for the collecting of rainwater and 1,650 small-scale centralized water supply facilities, benefiting 2.4 million people directly. The overall value of these facilities amounted to 850 million yuan.

  • Health Express for Mothers

    As of September 2014, a total of 1,385 mobile clinics supplied by the Health Express for Mothers project have provided medical and health services of various kinds in 30 cities, provinces and autonomous regions across the country. It has carried out a series of charity programs including offering services to designated hospitals, and promotes awareness for the prevention of cervical cancer.

  • Revolving Loans for Mothers

    To date, the total amount of the Revolving Loans for Mothers project has reached more than 30 million yuan (U.S. $4.6 million). With programs distributed in nearly 200 counties in 20 municipalities, provinces and autonomous regions, the project has facilitated the issuance of nearly 200 million yuan (U.S. $30.5 million) of loans in total.

  • Postal Parcels for Mothers

    Since its launch in May 2012, the Postal Parcel for Mothers project has received donations valued at more than 69 million yuan (U.S. $10.5 million) thanks to the support and active participation of people from all walks of life. It has delivered over 500,000 postal parcels for mothers in 30 cities, provinces and autonomous regions, benefiting more than 500,000 impoverished mothers and families.

  • Guard for Childhood

    The Guard for Childhood project has invested 9.5 million yuan (U.S. $1.4 million) in cash and gifts since its launch. The Guard for Childhood: Care for Migrant Children sub-project has raised funds and materials valued at 67 million yuan (U.S. $10.2 million), constructing buildings for Dandelion School, a school for children of migrant workers in Beijing, and installing heating and safe drinking water facilities for Ming Yuan School, another such school in the city.
